Mark Wilson is an editorial cartoonist, illustrator and rapt observer of New York State politics and culture from his perspective in the northern reaches of New York's Adirondack Park.

Under the signature MARQUIL, Wilson's cartoons appear regularly in newspapers and on websites across New York. His illustrations appear in Adirondack Life magazine and The Sunday Gazette of Schenectady, which also publishes his opinion columns.
